MGF Ltd is a Malta-based real estate investment and development company focused on sourcing, developing, and delivering high-specification residential and mixed-use properties across the island.
Matthew entered the real estate market at 19, learning the full cycle of property — from raw site to finished unit — under his grandfather's direct mentorship. That foundation shapes how MGF Ltd operates today: hands-on, owner-led, and built on decades of accumulated knowledge across every part of the Maltese property market.
